S.H.I.F.T.

Life changes. There is no way to avoid that fact. Some times in life are easier and some will present more challenges. Some level of stress in our lives is healthy, but it can quickly cascade out of control. The question is, how do we handle those changes when they do come? Counselor Molly Reidel will lead us in a monthly meet-up to address how stressful times can occur in all aspects of our lives and then offer practical tools for dealing with this stress.  This class is a continuation of an earlier SHIFT class offered here at CUMC, but previous attendance at these classes is not required.
