At the Virginia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church last week, Pastor Marti and Phil Mohr participated in the  Ordering of Ministry Service.  As part of the Ordination Class of 2020, which was not able to meet in person due to the pandemic, Marti was finally able to process with her ordination class.  Phil Mohr also participated in the service as part of the Commissioning Class of 2022.  Phil is now a Provisional Deacon in the United Methodist Church, and we feel fortunate that he will be continuing in ministry here at Centreville UMC as part of the clergy team.

As you can tell by both their big smiles, this was an extraordinarily happy occasion for both Pastor Marti and Rev. Phil!
