Just then, an angel appeared unto them. “BE NOT AFRAID!” the angel said.  But Gaspar, Balthasar and Melchior were not afraid.  This angel had no wings, and did not strike fear into them somehow.  “Thank goodness I found you!” said the angel, whose name was Bernie -”I am the angel that was sent to tell you about the child born to you this day!”  The wise men asked Bernie where his wings were.  He explained that he could only earn them when he told the shepherds about the manger and the Christ child.  “But we are not shepherds!” cried an offended Balthasar, “We are kings who have come to give wise counsel to this King of Kings!  How dare you compare us to mere shepherds!”  Bernie was very confused because these men were traveling with a sheep.  As usual, Donnie had to explain the mix up!  Bernie realized that he hadn’t found the shepherds yet and rushed off.
