Marti Ringenbach has served the Virginia Conference for 26 years, the last 7 years as clergy. She was licensed in 2013 and ordained as an Elder in 2020. She began as the Associate Pastor at Springfield United Methodist Church in the Alexandria District. She also served Beulah UMC in Richmond and returned to Northern Virginia to serve Charles Wesley UMC in the Arlington District in 2018 before her appointment to Centreville in June 2020.
Marti grew up in North Carolina. She graduated from Brevard College (1985) and Pfeiffer University (1988) and completed her Master of Divinity at Wesley Theological Seminary in 2016. Marti married Todd, an Army officer, in 1989 and they lived in Germany for 5 years. Todd now serves as a civilian with the US Government. They have 2 children, Mallory Hopper (married to Jonathan) and Konnor.
