We are packing 700 food baskets between the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays:  150 baskets for Thanksgiving and 550 baskets for Christmas.  These baskets will be distributed by Western Fairfax Christian Ministries to families in need in our community.  Each week we are receiving donations of an "Item of the Week." Here are the items of the week for the upcoming weeks:

September 22 - Box of Instant Mashed Potatoes  (128 more needed)
September 29 - Box of Chicken Broth ( 136 more needed)
October 6 - Box of Bisquik
October 13 - 2lb Bag of Sugar
October 20 - Family Size Box of Cereal (Cheerios or Similar)
October 27 -  Jar of Pasta Sauce (no glass jars please)
