Sean Gray

Director of Youth Ministry and Upward Sports Ministries

Sean Gray grew up in the mountains of western and central Pennsylvania where he was always involved in church life and came of age as a part of his United Methodist Church’s youth group. At an early age, Sean developed a curiosity for how Christianity shaped the society around him, leading him to graduate with a degree in history and religion from Lycoming College before continuing his education at Wesley Seminary, graduating with a Master’s of Divinity in May of 2021.

Sean is in the process of becoming an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church. Sean currently lives in Arlington, VA where he continues to have an interest in politics, jam out to Taylor Swift, and take advantage of every opportunity to go hiking in Shenandoah National Park and elsewhere.
