At Centreville Day School (CDS), we believe in encouraging the development of the whole child. This includes supporting a child in growth of their social, emotional, spirtual, physical, language/literacy, and thinking/cognitive skills. We achieve this through a combination of student led (free play) and teacher initiated (guided play) learning opportunities.

Family interest and involvement is encouraged as we know that a strong parent-school relationship is key to a successful preschool program. Opportunities to attend school when their child is the “leader” for the day,  be a guest class reader, or plan class parties are just a few of the ways we encourage parents to partner with us. Families are always welcome!
